Privacy

We collect only what is needed to post you a parcel: your name, email address and shipping address, plus anything you write in a note or a contact message.

Card details never reach this website. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe on their own pages, and we only ever see the last four digits and the amount.

This site sets no cookies on any page you can reach — not for analytics, not for anything else — and loads nothing from third parties. That is why there is no cookie banner to dismiss. (There is exactly one cookie on this domain: the one that keeps us signed in to our own back office. It is set on /admin, it is never sent to the shop, and no visitor ever receives it.)

Your cart is kept in your own browser's storage, on your own device. It never reaches us until you press Checkout, and it holds nothing but which charms you picked and how many.

Who else sees your details

• Stripe — to take the payment and, if needed, to refund it.
• Australia Post — the name and address on the parcel.
• Cloudflare — hosts this site and stores the photographs.
• Resend — sends our emails, so your address and whatever is in them passes through it.
• Sentry — tells us when something on the site breaks. It gets the address of the page and what went wrong, not your details.

We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else.

Getting a copy, or being forgotten

Email us and we will send you everything we hold about you, or delete it, within a reasonable time. Records tied to a completed sale are kept for as long as Australian tax law requires.
